The journey began when I was chatting to a friend who owned a motel and needed a public Wi-Fi solution...

Now three years on, we are supplying our superior wireless internet services to cafés, bars, motels & hotels, backpackers and many other larger commercial and community Wi-Fi locations around New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Hot-Spot NZ is a dynamic, young and fast growing company based in Auckland, which offers locations the flexibility to offer branded paid or free Wi-Fi services at an affordable price. Hot-Spot New Zealand is a division of TXT Active Ltd.

We use open source software and contribute back to the open source community.
